Get Food Journal

You will hear me mention your food journal in most every video/audio in this program. You will want to get a notebook to serve as your food journal and begin writing down everything you eat from meals to that small bite of spaghetti sauce as you cook dinner. Your journal is your place to record the food you eat as well as other things I will educate you on in this program. This notebook will give you a lot of insight into yourself, your patterns and your thoughts around losing and maintaining your weight.

Get a Three-Ring Binder

I encourage you to have a three-ring binder on hand to compile your personal lifestyle plan. There will be information you will want to print off with each module and it helps to have one place to keep it all.
