How many times have you said…
"I'm trying."
“I’m trying to wake up earlier.”
“I’m trying to lose weight.”
“I’m trying to save more money.”
“I’m trying to be organized.”
“I’m trying…………”

Think about how it feels in your body when you say “I’m trying”.

When I say " I’m trying" I feel unsure, shaky, unconfident.

My action is unsteady, not consistent.

My result is nothing.

When I say" I’m doing" the thing I feel a noticeable shift.
I’m waking up earlier.
I’m losing weight.
I’m saving money.
I’m organizing my life.
I feel sure. Energized. Confident.
I do what I said I'm going to do.
The result is l wake up earlier, weight is lost , there is more money in the bank, and I have an organized life.

Don’t waste your time trying.
