Tackling Those Nagging To-Do's

This week I'm tackling some nagging tasks that keep showing up again and again on my to-do list.
You know the ones right?
These undone chores take up valuable real estate in your brain and the thought of them can keep you up at night.

This week I’m tackling one a day.

Wanna join me?

Before you scroll right off my site and slam your computer shut, hear me out!
These pesky little chores never take as long as we’ve imagined and completing them will definitely take less time than the time you’ve spent procrastinating.

So, pick one of those pesky tasks  and commit to completing it before the day is through; then do one a day after that.

Tasks like…
Cleaning out your wallet or purse.
Pay a bill that’s due.
Fix something that’s broken
Clean out your car
Touch up the paint on your bathroom vanity.
Update your passwords and keep track of them on one doc.
Replace that light bulb that’s been dead for weeks.  You know the one in the canned lighting… Get the ladder, get the replacement and light it up!
Make that phone call you’ve been putting off.
Schedule that Doctor’s appointment you know you need to make.
Unpack your suitcase you’ve left on the floor of your bedroom from your last trip.

You get the picture.

The point is to use your prefrontal cortex in that brain of yours to take action.
Even if you don’t want to.

Never underestimate the power of several small tasks completed.

They will add up to a massive and impactful life transformation.
